First introduced in 1999, the Dance and Drama Awards (DaDAs) offer annual scholarships to exceptionally talented performing arts students studying at some of the country’s leading providers of professional vocational training in dance, drama and musical theatre.

 

The Education Funding Agency (EFSA) is funded by the Department for Education (DfE). DaDAs offer reduced tuition fees and assistance with living costs for the duration of the course.

 

Leading exponents of the dance, acting and musical theatre industries consider the DaDA awards a critical influence on the development of the performing arts in the United Kingdom.
